There will be many more exciting and innovative things to do:Manage large value repairs, predominantly roof repairs.Assess and report on property damage.Manage client relationships, including conflict resolution and providing a high level of customer service.Manage trades and ensure jobs are progressing smoothly and without delay.Manage time frames, Quality Control, and Workplace Health Safety.Mandatory Qualifications, Skills and Experience:Experience supervising multiple projects with exceptional customer service.QBCC Supervisors License (or ability to obtain).Trade Qualified.Team player and company focused.High standard of quality.Understanding the importance of Customer Service, Safety, Technology, and Quality is critical to the role.
