Overview of the roleClient leadership is predicated on building true partnerships with our clients by immersing our people deeper within their business than ever before.
By expanding our horizons, and further interrogating our client's business challenges, we can unlock the potential to deliver broader business solutions that live outside of pure media – ultimately driving us towards the company vision.As a Client Director you are responsible for having a deep understanding of your client's business and challenges - this is not limited to just media & advertising.
You will work with the Client Partner & Client Managing Partner to uncover challenges to drive your clients business forward but also offers commercial opportunity for EssenceMediaCom.
You will be curious, passionate, enthusiastic and ultimately indispensable to the client and their business.ResponsibilitiesRole model effective communication skills/ practicesDrive the team culture through development of team engagement planBuild strong relationships with each of the SBUsPromote the connections planning processWork closely with the Strategic Planner on the creation of unique and insightful channel strategies that meet the client needsShare 'great work' – from your team with the wider agency & also from EssenceMediaCom with your clientsBe aware of awards as they arise and identify client campaigns that can be enteredWork with the Client Managing Partner on developing action plans that continually improve performance evaluation scores (e.g.
TRR, third party or client-owned reviews).Build/Maintain strong client relationships through best in class servicingHave a high level of face to face interaction with clientsImmerse yourself in the client's business, category and market trends.Identify, create and convert strategically relevant revenue opportunities for EssenceMediacom's diversified servicesAssist the Client Partner to accurately forecast revenue and billingsManage the client's and EssenceMediaCom's financial processes accurately (e.g.
