This is an opportunity to work with one of our largest clients on a fun and interesting portfolio with a vibrant and energized teamThe role:As the
Client Director , you will be managing the day-to-day senior client relationships and the overall team performance.
It is a role that requires an expert level of understanding of the media industry and a comprehensive understanding of our client's industry and business.Core responsibilities:Effectively manage direct reports to ensure progression through the agency; including recruitment, performance reviews, development plans, feedback, and trainingStrong holistic planningResponsible for the connectivity, consistency, and timely delivery of the components of the response to brief including; strategy, comms planning, investment, and optimizationManage the Business – deliver the service proposition to clients and full end-to-end management of the business on individual clientsRelationship Management – owns the client relationships as per the defined relationship strategy for the clientProactively Identifies Client Development Opportunities – flags specific client cross-sell and upsell opportunitiesCommercial and service ownership of client relationship – drives seamless delivery and profitability of accountA bit about you:Excellent client service skills – the ability to gain trust and confidencePeople-focused with a nurturing and warm style – you get the best out of peopleProven leadership and development skillsProven ability to build trust quickly, to enable the team and support themWorking experience with TV, OOH, and Digital Planning toolsPrevious primary focus on channel planning including the production of the supporting documentation that details; the OEB ecosystem, channel selection, role of channel, top line phasing, block plan, and high-level budget bearingsConfidence and competence delivering on large fast-moving, high-volume accountsWhat's in it for you:Real flexibility to work when and where you feel most productive with our 'Be the Best You' policy which includes a $250 contribution to your home office setupThe opportunity to give back with dedicated volunteer leave and our whole-company event, One Day for Change5 weeks annual leave after 2 years of service and 3 whole company Wellness days off per year for you to switch off and take your day, your wayCareer Development and Learning & Development opportunities, including access to our global online dentsu UniversityWe are seeking a
