About the role:
Reporting into the Chief People Officer, we are seeking a passionate and experienced Performance, People and Culture Manager to join our team at DBG Health.
As the Performance, People and Culture Manager for your respective division, you will play a key role in shaping our culture and fostering a positive and engaging work environment.
Role & Responsibilities: Develop and implement People & Culture strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectivesCreate and manage employee development programs to support career growth and skill developmentDrive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture and high levels of employee satisfactionHandle employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolutionProvide guidance and input on role and teams structures, workforce planning, talent management and succession planning.Provide accurate and timely industrial and employee relations advice to people managers and team membersPartner with the Capability Manager to identify learning and training strategies to address development needs.Build strong working relationships with stakeholders and team members based on credibility and open communication.Manage a team of up to 3 - People & Culture Business Partners & Coordinators Skills & Experience: Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, within health or pharmaceutical industry highly desirable but not essentialStrong knowledge of HR policies and procedures, employment laws and legislationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to build partnerships, shape culture and influence internal and external stakeholdersAbility to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalismExceptional leadership and decision-making capabilities to lead diverse teams and stakeholdersBachelor's degree in human resources or related field desirable.
