At INGRITY, we specialise in providing innovative solutions and customized strategies that empower businesses to adopt Data Smart practices, effectively transforming data into a strategic asset.Role Overview:As the Director of Data & Analytics at INGRITY, you will lead the execution of cutting-edge data and AI strategies, working closely with Microsoft to deliver impactful solutions for our clients. You will have the opportunity to experiment with emerging technologies, foster innovation, and lead a dynamic team of experts.Key Responsibilities:Drive solution selling, business development, and consulting efforts to acquire new clients and expand existing partnerships.Collaborate with C-suite executives and key stakeholders to drive strategic data initiatives.Develop and execute innovative data and AI strategies aligned with INGRITY's business goals.Collaborate with Microsoft to create data and AI solutions that deliver value for customers.Experiment with new technologies and develop solutions that address evolving business challenges.Lead end-to-end delivery of large digital and data transformation projects for ASX-listed companies and medium-sized businesses.Provide hands-on leadership in data engineering, cloud engineering, AI integration, and advanced analytics.Manage and mentor a high-performing team of data engineers, cloud engineers, and analytics professionals.Stay ahead of industry trends and lead the integration of emerging technologies into our solutions.Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business, or related discipline).12+ years of experience in delivering large-scale digital and data projects, with a strong track record of leading teams.Proven experience in solution selling, business development, and consulting, particularly in the data, AI, and analytics space.Hands-on experience with data engineering, cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), and data architecture.Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to experiment with new technologies and drive growth through innovative solutions.Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Experience with industry best practices in data management, AI, and digital transformations.What We Offer:Competitive salary and bonus structure.Opportunities for career growth and professional development.A dynamic work environment with cutting-edge technologies and projects.A collaborative and inclusive culture that values innovation, customer advocacy, and partnership with Microsoft.Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?How many years' experience do you have in a consulting role?What's your expected annual base salary?How many years of B2B sales experience do you have?Do you have experience working towards targets and KPIs?
