Key Responsibilities: Customer Engagement: Proactively reach out to existing and potential customers to promote dental consumable products and generate qualified leads.
Sales Focus: Build relationships, understand customer needs, and recommend tailored solutions to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Customer Support: Provide exceptional service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and assisting with orders.
Industry Expertise: Stay informed about dental products and trends to deliver informed and confident recommendations.
Collaboration and Reporting: Log activities in the CRM system, generate reports, and collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance outreach strategies.
The Ideal Candidate: Previous experience in outbound sales or customer service (dental industry experience is essential).
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
Organised, motivated, and results-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and office tools (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
