We are the main provider of health services to people living in the inner southeast suburbs of Melbourne, from ambulatory to inpatient and home and community-based services.Permanent Full-time- up to 40hours per weekMonday - Friday 0800-1630Grade 1 AdministratorTHE ROLE:As a ward clerk on 6 East, you will be responsible for the coordination of communication, patient services and clerical functions as directed by the Nurse Manager of designated ward or department. You will facilitate communication between the many teams working on the ward, as well as connecting patients with their families and coordinating patient services.
