About the role Support the Standards Development team with administrative and operational tasks, including project work and stakeholder engagement.
The role is also responsible for assisting with department wide initiatives and ad-hoc tasks.
What you'll do Support Project Managers with committee meetings, including preparing meeting documentation and action coordination (agendas, drafts, minutes) Data entry Liaising with stakeholders to manage committee nominations Liaise with internal and external stakeholders as required, managing inquiries and coordinating responses Prepare internal reports Providing ad-hoc administrative assistance to managers Organising and providing support for team activities and events About you Ability to work both collaboratively and independently Demonstrated capacity for very high attention to detail Ability to learn quickly Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint Culture & Benefits Standards Australia is proud to have been awarded the prestigious Employer of Choice Award for two consecutive years, 2023 and 2024.
