About the roleSupport the Standards Development team with administrative and operational tasks, including project work and stakeholder engagement. The role is also responsible for assisting with department wide initiatives and ad-hoc tasks.
What you'll doSupport Project Managers with committee meetings, including preparing meeting documentation and action coordination (agendas, drafts, minutes)Liaising with stakeholders to manage committee nominationsLiaise with internal and external stakeholders as required, managing inquiries and coordinating responsesPrepare internal reportsProviding ad-hoc administrative assistance to managersOrganising and providing support for team activities and eventsAbout youAbility to work both collaboratively and independentlyDemonstrated capacity for very high attention to detailAbility to learn quicklyIntermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills in Word, Excel and PowerPointCulture & BenefitsStandards Australia is proud to have been awarded the prestigious Employer of Choice Award for two consecutive years, 2023 and 2024.
