We are seeking a talented and motivated Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer to join our team.
Whether you're a fresher eager to start your career or an experienced professional looking to expand your skills, this role offers an excellent opportunity to work on innovative projects in the digital marketing space.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and managing marketing automation solutions, creating dynamic email templates, and integrating Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other systems.

Key Responsibilities: Email Campaign Development: Create and manage dynamic email templates using AMPscript, HTML, and CSS within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Automation: Develop and implement marketing automation processes using Salesforce Marketing Cloud's Automation Studio, Journey Builder, and other relevant tools.
Data Management: Integrate Salesforce Marketing Cloud with CRM systems, ensuring proper data flow and segmentation for personalized campaigns.
API Integration: Work on integrating external systems with Salesforce Marketing Cloud using REST and SOAP APIs.
Reporting and Analysis: Create and manage reports to track campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve marketing efforts.
Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and IT, to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies.
Training and Documentation: Assist in training team members on Salesforce Marketing Cloud functionalities and maintain up-to-date documentation.
Qualifications: For Freshers: A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL.
Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or any other marketing automation platform is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and marketing trends.
For Experienced Candidates: Proven experience (1+ years) working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including AMPscript, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, and Data Extensions.
Strong skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL.
Experience with API integrations and familiarity with REST and SOAP protocols.
Understanding of digital marketing principles, data management, and campaign execution.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team, with strong communication and collaboration skills.
