Working with a well-established professional team, this position will contribute to the ongoing success of the Finance function at Scenic Hotel Group and Scenic Hospitality Services.
This position will work with a portfolio of hotels across New Zealand.
Accurate processing, payment, and reconciliation of accounts payable invoices and credit notes are key elements of the role, as is the ability to be flexible and adapt to changing requirements including technology enhancements.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities Preparation of invoices and credit notes for scanning before inputPurchasing invoice matching: match into AP data entry format as available, liaising with the hotel for any queriesReconciliation of statementsLiaising with clients regarding accounts payable queries as requiredProcessing Direct Credit payments at the end of the monthSkills, Experience & Qualifications Requirements At least three years of experience in a similar role or equivalent.Excellent written communication.A high level of accuracy.Be able to think on your feet and be flexible.Have excellent computer skills.Experience with high volume invoice processing.Why Choose Scenic Hotel Group?
