The Regional Sales Manager's primary role will be to develop and manage the existing sales force (Territory Managers and Strategic Account Managers) within the states of WA, SA & NT.
The role would suit a Manager who is passionate about coaching and mentoring the team to get the best out of them and support their growth.
You will also be tasked with developing and executing regional business plans, preparing marketing strategies with the Marketing Team, Stakeholder management throughout the business, engaging with and presenting to Top Tier clients. The role includes frequent travel to your Region WA, SA & NT.

About YouStrong experience in Sales leadership roles with a history of performing on targetsExperience within Heavy Equipment: Construction, Transport, Agricultural, MiningExperience in successfully recruiting, training, managing and building sustainable field sales teamsAbility to coach and mentor teams to facilitate ongoing training and developmentAbility to travel frequently to your regions to support sales teams and attend client meetings with the Sales ConsultantsLead people to success by implementing agreed on sales strategies and keeping the team accountableWork strategically with your team; help them solve problems and take advantage of opportunitiesExperience in collaborating with Marketing teams to produce effective marketing campaignsStrategic, but fast thinker.
