About the RoleA great fixed term full-time opportunity exists for a District Support Officer to join District 13, a positive, supportive and close-knit team based in Chirnside Park.
We are flexible on hours either 1.5 days a week or spread your hours across multiple days 21hours a fortnight.
Key responsibilities of this varied role will involve:• Provision of administrative support• Preparation of documents that may include letters, memos, presentations, reports, minutes and briefing notes• Minute taking, diary management and meeting coordination• Provide support at meetings including, organising and scheduling, agenda preparation, venue and catering requirements • Data entry• Records administration • Database and systems coordination • Customer service both internally and externally • General office support This is a fantastic opportunity and would suit an all-rounder who enjoys a variety of duties whilst providing exceptional customer service.
Attention to detail and a can-do attitude are important as is teamwork and commitment.
