Village Manager

Due to strong, continued growth, Civeo Australia are looking for experienced Village Managers and Assistant Village Managers to join the leadership team at some of our various remote sites in Western Australia.
These are hands-on management roles where you'll spend time in the field directly with your teams.About YouAs an experienced FIFO Village Manager (VM) or Assistant (AVM), you know how to prioritise effectively and can handle multiple competing requirements; your management skills are highly developed from years of industry experience.
You will be an excellent communicator who can speak with ease to a diverse group of clients, visitors, and guests.You will have experience in managing your own profit and loss and are familiar with navigating the scope of a service contract.
In addition, you're a safety champion with an in-depth understanding of remote site safety standards, especially HACCP.
