Automotive Salesperson - New and Pre-Owned Vehicles Frankston Jeep, RAM, GWM and LDV is a long-established business, proudly locally and family owned, within one of the largest growth corridors in the South East of Melbourne.

Operating from multiple sites specializing in New and Pre-Owned Vehicles.

With the arrival of all New GWM, RAM, LDV, and Jeep products in 2024 and continued growth, we require an Experienced Automotive Salesperson to assist our enormous progress.

The successful candidate will be customer-focused, immaculately presented, and possess strong communication skills and telephone technique.

About You & the Role:
Create engaging, connecting, and memorable moments with our customers.
Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction Surveys.
Excellent communication skills - Build rapport quickly and act with integrity.
A demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding monthly sales KPIs.
Deliver the ultimate customer experience with a high level of professionalism.
Be hungry to learn and humble when mistakes are made.
Be able to manage your time, prioritize important tasks, and ensure that you meet customer and business deadlines.
Be agile and flexible to change.
A strong and reliable work ethic & process-driven mindset.
Keep our customers informed during their new car purchase journey.
Update your DMS.
Full and Current Driver's License.
Deliver the features and benefits to customers - taking them through their new and pre-owned deliveries.
This role requires you to sell new and pre-owned vehicles via email, over the phone, and face to face.
To be considered for this role, you'll need to have:
Confident sales and negotiation skills.
A high level of personal presentation.
Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.
A commitment to building a long-term career.
Motivation and passion for what you do.
