Their consumer-focused approach, paired with industry-leading expertise, ensures they consistently exceed expectations in design, delivery, and customer satisfaction.The OpportunityWe are seeking a motivated and experienced Development Manager or experienced Assistant Development Manager seeking to take their next career step and lead on a range of exciting residential and mixed-use projects.
Reporting to senior leadership, this role is a unique opportunity to be part of a team delivering some of Sydney's most prestigious developments.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the full development lifecycle, from feasibility to delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.Collaborate with architects, consultants, and contractors to achieve exceptional design and construction outcomes.Manage the planning and approvals process with councils and other regulatory authorities.Prepare and manage project budgets, financial reporting, and forecasts.Conduct market research and analysis to inform project strategies and ensure alignment with market demand.Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, consultants, and clients.Identify and mitigate project risks while ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards.About YouA tertiary qualification in Property Development, Construction, Architecture, or a related field.Proven experience in development management, ideally within high-end residential or mixed-use projects.Strong knowledge of planning, design, construction, and delivery processes.Financial acumen, with experience in preparing and managing project feasibilities and budgets.Exceptional stakeholder management and negotiation skills.A passion for creating innovative, high-quality developments that leave a lasting impact.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.What's on OfferOpportunity to work on prestigious high-end residential projects that make a real impact.A collaborative, supportive team culture that values innovation and excellence.Competitive salary package and performance-based incentives.Clear career progression pathways within a highly regarded developer.For more information, please call or text Don on 0485 976 584 for a confidential chat, or for immediate consideration, please apply now or email your CV to ******
