Fluency Hub Sydney is looking for a Business Development ManagerLocation: On-site at Fluency Hub SydneyJob Type: Full-TimeFluency Hub is a boutique English Language Teaching (ELT) provider dedicated to delivering exceptional language education for international students.
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Business Development Manager to oversee and grow our business.About the RoleAs the Business Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of Fluency Hub.
This is a diverse and dynamic role where you will lead and manage both business and operational aspects of the college.Key Responsibilities:- Day to day staff Management & Development:Participate in recruitment, training, and support a high-performing team.Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.Oversee the professional development of staff and promote best practices in ELT.Administrative Leadership:- Oversee the daily operations of administrative staff.- Ensure smooth running of college operations, meeting compliance and regulatory requirements.College Growth & Strategy:- Develop and implement strategies to grow the college's reputation and enrollment.- Actively contribute to the college's mission and vision for excellence in ELT.To succeed in this role, you will need:- Demonstrated experience in ELT management, preferably within an ELICOS environment.- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.- A sound understanding of compliance requirements under ELICOS and National Code standards.- Excellent organisational and time management skills.- A passion for education and a commitment to student success.- Strong industry links.Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree or at least 5 years experience in International education.- A minimum of 2 years experience in business development and operations management within an ELT/ VET setting.What We Offer- A supportive and collaborative work environment.- Opportunities for professional development and career growth.- The chance to make a meaningful impact on students' educational journeys.If you are a proactive, detail-oriented professional with a passion for education and leadership, we would love to hear from youHow to Apply:Please send your CV and a cover letter outlining your suitability for the role to ****** Join us at Fluency Hub and help shape the future of English language education
