The role We are looking for an energetic and results-oriented Business Development Manager to become a part of our team.
In this role, you will report directly to the Head of Sales and will be instrumental in discovering and securing new business opportunities, establishing strategic partnerships, and fostering revenue growth.
Interstate travel will be essential.

Key Responsibilities New Business Acquisition: Identify and reach out to potential clients in a proactive manner, developing new revenue opportunities that contribute to overall growth.Sales Strategy: Formulate and implement sales strategies to meet objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).Relationship Building: Cultivate strong and lasting relationships with prospective clients who are interested in being part of the Tough Dog network.Collaboration: Work alongside the marketing, operations, and customer service teams to provide a unified experience for clients.Client Retention: Strengthen customer loyalty and satisfaction by delivering exceptional post-sales assistance and cultivating meaningful relationships.Personality Traits We Value: Results-Driven: Committed to achieving targets and motivated to exceed expectations.Natural Relationship Builder: Proficient in cultivating trust and establishing authentic connections.Self-Starter: Energetic, inventive, and consistently prepared to capitalize on opportunities.Adaptable: Thrives in a dynamic environment and adjusts to changing priorities with ease.What We're Looking For: Proven experience in a sales or business development role.Sales background with a successful track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.A passion for business development, with a keen interest in career growth.What's on Offer?
