Experienced Call Center Team Leader - Health Care
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Call Center Team Leader to join our dynamic team in Firle, Adelaide.
This role is ideal for those who have worked in the health care space or an experienced medical receptionist looking to transfer into a new environment.
About Us
We operate a number of medical cannabis health care practices throughout the east coast of Australia.
As leaders in medicinal cannabis clinics and dispensary we are continuing to grow and expand our reach throughout Australia.
The company is on a mission to make the consultation process easier for patient needs and are fully integrated healthcare service that includes healthcare clinics, pharmacies and retail dispensaries.
About You
You are an experienced in managing a high volume of outbound and inbound calls.
You may have previously been a Medical Receptionist or worked in a high volume health care environment and looking to transition into a new area.
You have sound operating knowledge of Helix - Medical Director software and can manage the booking and billing processes.
You have overseen the daily operations of a small team and worked to improve the operations and processes of the team.Experience in the medicinal cannabis industry is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing patient appointments and scheduling GP visits
Assisting in patient enquiries
Overseeing the daily activities of the team and act as a point of escalation.
Using Helix - Medical Director software to manage patient records and appointments
Key Requirements:
Proven experience as a Call Center team lead or medical receptionist in a fast-paced environment
Strong knowledge of Helix - Medical Director software
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and manage high volumes of patients
Experience in the medicinal cannabis industry is highly desirable
