About the Role This is a great opportunity for a Procurement Category Lead to make a real impact, driving sourcing strategies for Sugar, Other Ingredients, and Co-Manufacturing.
Reporting to the Regional Head of Procurement – Ingredients, currently based in Indonesia, you'll lead cross-functional collaboration, manage supplier partnerships, and mentor a Procurement Category Manager.
What You'll Do: Lead category strategies that optimize procurement for Sugar, Other Ingredients, and Co-Manufacturing.Execute negotiation strategies and build strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.Drive continuous improvement initiatives and sustainability outcomes across the supply chain.Develop and coach your team to foster growth and ensure high performance.
