Learning & Organisational Development Advisor

We are seeking a Learning & Organisational Development Advisor who will work from our Milton, Brisbane office as a critical member of our Learning and Organisational Development team.
You will be responsible for shaping how the company develops our current and future leaders and key talent across our East Coast operations.
You will work autonomously in the Brisbane office and will travel throughout the east coast business, being responsible for supporting all projects across VIC, NSW, QLD & PNG.
Furthermore, you will be involved in designing and delivering tailored L&OD initiatives in collaboration with site and operational leaders, whilst also developing and maintaining important external relationships.
The role will lead the development and delivery of bespoke solutions such as professional development workshops and safety leadership offerings.

Engaging and diverse work across long-term contracts.Enjoy interstate and international travel across a range of impactful projects.Opportunity for growth and career development.Safety and wellbeing at the forefront of our culture.Key Responsibilities Facilitate delivery of professional development and leadership development workshops in person, from Brisbane and travelling to VIC, NSW, QLD and PNG regularly.Build strong stakeholder relationships, influencing stakeholders, and educating/guiding them on the right solutions.Act as an internal consultant to our internal customers on various learning and organisational development initiatives – understanding all their requirements.Utilise your coaching skills and ability to identify development needs to improve knowledge and skills.Coordinate development programs (e.g., booking management, organising catering, organising facilitators, follow up, organising key stakeholders, etc.
).What you will bring Tertiary qualifications or proven experience in Psychology or Organisational Development (Certificate IV in Training & Assessment as a minimum).Proven experience in facilitating professional development and training programs.Ability to travel across the east coast to our various offices and branches, plus internationally to support our team in PNG.A strategic thinker who can proactively focus on professional development with experience in leading and event managing.A high level of resilience, while taking ownership for driving outcomes across all levels from entry-level professionals to senior managers.A strong ability to manage internal customer and external stakeholder relationships, along with excellent written and presentation skills.Life at Monadelphous There's lots to get involved in, celebratory or cultural events and so much more.
