The Lead Client Manager plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional client engagement and service across the organisation.
This role is responsible for leading all client management activities, providing strategic oversight and operational leadership across both corporate and non-corporate accounts.
The position is instrumental in driving client retention, revenue growth, and overall satisfaction, ensuring alignment with Utilizer's values and strategic objectives.

This role requires a strategic, client-focused vision and hands-on operational management to align client engagement with company values.
Previous success in propelling B2B relationships in the energy sector will be critical to your success.

Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of Utilizer's Client Management strategy to ensure exceptional client outcomes.
Oversee Corporate Account Management, maintaining high standards, operational efficiency, and performance excellence across the team.
Drive client retention and revenue growth for corporate accounts, strategically delegating accounts where appropriate.
Work with the management team to execute the Client Management strategy, fostering teamwork and shared success.
Manage key client relationships, ensuring growth and high-quality service delivery.
The Ideal Candidate:
We seek a results-oriented leader with strong expertise in client management, strategic relationships, and a passion for delivering exceptional value and outcomes.

5+ years of experience in account management, with a proven track record of propelling successful B2B relationships in the energy or consulting sectors (mandatory ).
Strong strategic mindset with the ability to devise and implement impactful customer retention and growth plans (highly regarded).
Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of inspiring and mentoring high-performing teams (highly regarded).
Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Skilled proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint with day-to-day experience in using CRM tools (Zoho preferably).
