Calling all High End Knock Down Rebuild Pre-Site Customer Support...ONCE IN A LIFETIME KDRB SPECIALIST ROLE

Based in our fun, family environment Mount Waverley Head Office, work within the busy Pre-Site Operational Customer Support team supporting our High End Knock Down Rebuild customers through their pre build process.
You will also work closely internally with Drafting, Estimating, Studio M and Permits to get them to site and do a handover with the build team.
Reporting to the Customer Support Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Effectively manage your customer expectations and ensure they are aware on the status of their home during the pre-construction process Deliver exceptional customer service, build and maintain customer relationships Continuously providing updates to your customers Maintain a high degree of accuracy recording customer project details Liaising with drafting, estimating, studio and external suppliers and coordinate client variations when required Ensuring customer quality control through professional communications, maintaining data entry and executing report compilation Consistently develop thorough knowledge of Metricon products, services and processes in order to confidently interact with clients; and Assist with all Customer Support related tasks.

The successful candidate will have:
Experience working within an account management or customer management focused role ideally within residential building or similar Experience in understanding residential construction contracts and plans is ESSENTIAL Proven experience in being a member of a successful, dynamic, multi-channel and results focused customer service team with a passion for customer service excellence Proven ability to trouble-shoot and effectively meet deadlines in order to meet established performance standards Ability to clearly identify client needs and generate solutions to suit both the customer and employees; Intermediate Microsoft WORD and EXCEL computer skills; and Highly organised – ability to multi-task and deal with a variety of activities If you feel you have the knowledge, skills and experience to excel in this role, then apply with your Cover Letter and Resume.
