Pacific Optics is an award-winning and market leader in Phone Accessories, Sunglasses and General merchandise products, servicing the petrol convenience retail channel, grocery, hardware and tourism retail customers across Queensland and Australia.Pacific Optics is recognized for providing quality products and we pride ourselves on our dynamic, customer-focused approach, delivering top-tier products including brands such as Walk & Talk, Aerial, Fuse, and On the Tools Workwear.The Opportunity:We're on the lookout for Two experienced and driven Territory Sales Managers to join our Queensland State team, covering the Brisbane CBD and greater Brisbane areas with a base in Yatala. In this hands-on role, you'll be out on the road daily, servicing an existing customer base while also seeking new business opportunities. This is an exciting time to join our business with huge growth opportunities across these geographical areas.These positions will be based out of Brisbane or surrounding suburbs. It will include 10 nights of country travel over 42 nights (6-week call cycle) from a customised vendor refill van.Key Responsibilities:Build, maintain, and grow strong relationships with customers, store managers, and area managers.Achieve sales budgets with best-in-class execution across our product range.Manage and deliver customer orders through our fully customized vendor refill van.Promote new product ranges, including in-person sample presentations.Execute high standards of merchandising across all stores.Follow up on customer inquiries related to pricing, products, and account issues.What's On Offer:Competitive base salary, company vehicle, bonuses and sales incentives.Mobile phone and tablet.Ongoing professional development and upskilling opportunities.Who We're Looking For:Strong communication skills with a customer-centric approach.Sales fundamental skills, including effective presentation, rapport-building, and needs analysis.Positive attitude, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently.High attention to detail in merchandising and presentation.A passion for travel and driving long distances.Prior experience as a Territory Sales Manager.Full Australian driver's license with comfort driving a commercial van.Ready to Apply?If you have a proven track record of sales success and want to be part of a team that values growth, customer relationships, and top-tier service, we'd love to hear from you Apply today and let's start the conversation.
