Working Monday - Friday (38 hours per week) across the Sydney Metro area, you will be responsible for increasing sales to drive our client's market share and category performance through store ownership using opportunity-based selling, to achieve (and not limited to) the below:Driving on-shelf availability by identifying and rectifying storage, stock handling, and out of stock challenges.Negotiation of both homesite and promotional activity to drive product visibility and sales.Selling in core & NPD products whilst maximizing upcoming and current promotional activity.Driving sales results by developing strong store relationships.New line pre-sell and building of range distribution.Implementation of product layouts.Reporting and providing feedback on key field insights and activity.The CandidateAt Clemenger Field Marketing, we pride ourselves on a fantastic team culture.

They are not afraid to ask for help when things get challenging as well as reach out to encourage those around them.This role is on a 6-month contract with the possibility of extension.Key Selection Criteria:Relevant experience in a sales-based role in retail, FMCG, and merchandising, highly favorable in independent grocery.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Excellent time management skills and a positive attitude.Able to work autonomously.Valid driver license and reliable car.An attractive total salary package including superannuation and car allowance is on offer (pro rata for the 6-month contract).
This is an autonomous role with comprehensive training and in-field support.
Company provided iPad to work via apps to report on your tasks and plan your call cycle.
