So, what's the role?
As a Workforce Optimisation Partner, you'll work alongside our frontline and back office teams to ensure operational agility and maximise workforce productivity.
Using data insights, you'll partner with leaders to drive efficiency, service quality, and performance across various teams including lending, contact centres, branch service, and banking operations.
Your role will be critical in balancing demand with resources and continuously improving the Member and People experience.
In a typical day, you will get involved in:
Reviewing and evolving the bank's workforce forecast and demand planning to ensure optimal resource allocation, peak efficiency, and high service levels.
Partnering with leaders to baseline service levels, monitor performance metrics, and provide insights to balance incoming demand against available resources.
Facilitating regular cadences with leaders to identify trends, root causes, and agree on actionable improvements.
Monitoring service quality and VOC (Voice of the Customer) insights to drive continuous service improvements.
Analysing trends and developing a roadmap to enhance resource planning, operational efficiency, workflow management, and service delivery to improve Member and People experience.
About You
You are a highly collaborative, results-driven professional with expertise in workforce planning, forecasting, and optimisation.
You have a strong analytical mindset and can turn data into actionable insights that will drive operational improvements and service excellence.
Your communication and consulting skills enable you to engage stakeholders and lead initiatives that balance team performance with demand.
You will come equipped with:
A tertiary qualification in business, commerce, economics, or a related field.
Knowledge of workforce management tools and analytics platforms.
Expertise in maturing workforce planning, forecasting, and optimisation.
Experience in a similar role in a high-demand (financial services experience would be an advantage).
Proficiency in Power BI experience would be an advantage.
