Chisholm is seeking an experienced Senior Workforce Engagement Business Partner for our Workforce Deveopment Business Area.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Senior Workforce Engagement Business Partner, your key responsibilities include:
Management of the People Plan or its replacement, including drafting, management and review of the Plan and actions
Coordination and management of Chisholm's People Matters survey including communication and preparation for Chisholm's annual plan and ensuring initiatives are implemented and widely communicated
Writing and accountability for Chisholm's employee communication PeopleTalk
Managing key employee experience and engagement processes, such as Chisholm's exit interview program, mentoring initiatives
Conducting focus groups, delivering training, leadings discussions with employees on the position's accountabilities.
ABOUT YOU
You are a highly motivated individual with well-developed skills in written and verbal communication coupled with a collaborative style and strong relationship building capability.
Qualifications required for the role:
Relevant degree and post graduate qualification in organisation development Business, Communications, or Human Resources Management, or lesser formal qualifications with extensive experience with management expertise in technical or administrative fields
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in ambiguous and high-pressured environments and employ innovative and creative problem-solving techniques.
