Account & Relationship Management (Sales)Full timeWith a strong portfolio of premium clients, Impressu Print Group - ensures clients are always visually impressive - in print and pixels.
Owned by a top 100 ASX listed company, Impressu is regarded as one of the leading end-to-end print solution providers in Australia.Based in Brisbane north, and reporting to the Sales Manager, this role will focus on maintaining and growing the performance of the current sales in your territory with customers across several channels.
You will also be actively promoting the company's full range of premium products in a portfolio of around 20-30 key accounts.
This will be underpinned by a level of autonomy and responsibility that truly allows you to develop and implement strategies that increase account sales volumes, revenue, and profitability goals.Responsibilities:Gain and maintain rapport with your client base, and other internal and external stakeholders.Work closely with your client base to understand their individual business needs and help them achieve their objectives.Maintain and farm the existing portfolio and manage current customer relationships.Develop your continued understanding and knowledge of their products, competitors' products & services, as well as general market conditions.Develop and manage your own quarterly sales strategy plans and territory goals in conjunction with the Sales Manager.Identify, source, and develop new business opportunities within your territory, or pass on opportunities to other sales team members.Ensure ongoing growth within your assigned territory through new business or increased sales volume with current clients.To be successful in this role:Demonstrate a proven ability to manage the sales process through achievement of sales targets, management of gross profit and the development of business plans.Networking, relationship building and communication skills.Able to work autonomously, as a partner with all stakeholders and as an important member of the sales team; working together to achieve the company's objectives.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Be an energetic self-starter with an ability to quickly build trust and rapport with clients.Be a strong advocate for the client and drive customer service at all levels.Previous experience in sales within the printing, advertising, marketing, labels, stationary, business supplies & equipment, wholesale or similar industries.This is an opportunity to really make your mark.
