About The Role We currently have an excellent opportunity for a passionate and motivated Business Analyst to join the Woolworths Food Company (WFC) Finance Team.
WFC is unique as an FMCG company inside the Woolworths Australian Food group, critical to the ecosystem and responsible for delivering value to customers through our extensive range of Woolworths Branded products.
This role has great exposure to leadership and presents an exciting opportunity for someone who strives to drive tangible business outcomes in an agile, collaborative and creative manner.
Role We are seeking a highly driven and motivated individual with an attitude to learn and grow as part of a high performing team.
In this role, you will:
Challenge the status quo and leverage creative thinking to solve problemsHave a curious mindset, be a forward thinker and provide actionable insights to stakeholdersProvide robust cost analysis to identify opportunities and risks in the WFC P&LIdentify and implement opportunities that improve processes & reporting across the WFC Finance teamTo Be Successful In This Role, You Will Be Energetic, agile, enthusiastic and passionate about enabling business decisions by understanding the drivers of GP & cost, as well as identifying opportunities for improvementA trusted advisor who operates with integrity, living our values and doing the right thing is important to you.An influencer, you will have a proven ability to partner with stakeholders to drive business changeExcellent communication, analytical and problem solving skillsYou will need to be comfortable working in agile environmentsIn Finance we have an overarching capability framework that brings to life 5 key capabilities that shape who we are, what we do and how we work together, these are; value co-creator, inspiring leader, trusted advisor, agile learner and insights generator.
