Your ContributionMonitor and respond to all inquiries that come through from prospective residents and their representatives.Support sites with a customer-centric focus by:Ensuring admission packs are available and coordinate content updates as required.Advising administrative staff on site how to create a warm, homelike manner.Demonstrating a welcoming FHC experience for prospective residents, including development of scripts.Preparing the room so that it is ready to showcase to potential residents.Coordinating with the sites to provide all new residents with a welcome gift.Supporting the design of a customer service training and development plan for site administrators.Guiding site administrators on effective customer service and sales techniques.Develop a system to check resident admission and agreement data.Manage the agreement signing process.Coordinate completion of any Deed of Variation as required.Proactively model the Fresh Hope Communities' Values in all interactions with the team, stakeholders, and external parties.Proactively contribute to the development of a collaborative, high-engagement, high-communication team culture focused on resident-centred care.The EssentialsWe are interested in hearing from you if you have: A minimum period of 3 years' experience in a similar business support role with responsibility for contract administration and admissions processes.Outstanding attention to detail, to confirm accuracy of resident information for Agreement/contract issuing.Highly developed communication skills, in particular to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders at various levels and positions across the organisation, including effective listening, consultation, conflict resolution and advanced negotiation skills.Demonstrated ability to identify customer requirements, provide a great customer experience and meet customer expectations.Maintain a current Criminal History Check Certificate suitable for aged care.Possess a current driver's licence and be willing to travel intrastate periodically.About UsFresh Hope Communities exists to create spaces that cultivate belonging and places that feel like home.
