We are looking for a forward-thinking Head of IT to drive our tech strategy, manage all IT operations across our current and future platforms and support our growth.
Role Overview: The Head of IT will oversee the end-to-end technology infrastructure of our platforms, focusing on scalability, security, and innovation.
You will align IT strategies with our business goals, ensuring the technology supports clinical efficiency and compliance with healthcare regulations.
As a key leader in the organisation, you will manage all things IT and work cross-functionally with clinical, product, and operations teams to support our continued growth and deliver secure and innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage all things IT, defining and executing IT strategies that support the company's objectives.Oversee IT infrastructure, focusing on high availability, security, and seamless integration across our platforms.Manage cloud-based platforms, focusing on compliance with industry standards.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development and operations, to drive technological innovation.Evaluate and implement emerging technologies to enhance patient care and business efficiencies.Lead the development and maintenance of secure, scalable cloud-based systems.Manage relationships with third-party vendors and ensure effective cost control within IT budgets.Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans to minimise downtime.Ensure compliance with all healthcare cybersecurity standards, protecting patient information from data breaches and unauthorised access.Stay ahead of emerging technologies, evaluating their potential to enhance our healthcare delivery and patient care experience.Qualifications/Experience: Proven experience in a Head of IT, CTO, or senior IT leadership role, ideally in health tech or related fields.Strong understanding of telehealth platforms and healthcare regulatory frameworks.Extensive experience managing IT applications and integrating health IT systems.Expertise in cybersecurity, data privacy, and IT governance, particularly in healthcare settings.Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Relevant certifications are a plus.Ability to align IT initiatives with business objectives and drive innovation.Experience using multiple programs such as Power BI, WordPress, 123 forms, Medirecords, DEAR, G Suite, Teamviewer, AWS, Jira, Shippit.Why Join Us?
