HR Business Partner | Contract Testing Laboratories Location: Sydney
About the Company
This is a global organisation with laboratories in over 50 countries.
They provide diagnostic test kits and instruments in the field of bioanalytical for the food, environmental, biopharma, clinical industries, and a number of other industries.
You will be joining an organisation that has seen significant growth in the ANZ market over the last few years with plans for continued growth in the future.
About the Role
In your role as HR Business Partner, you will report to the Managing Director and be responsible for supporting managers and staff across the organisation by providing advice on a broad range of HR matters.
This is a true generalist role.
Responsibilities and Duties include: Building strong relationships with managers Consistently applying HR policies and procedures Talent acquisition Providing support to managers in undertaking effective workforce planning Organisational strategy Increasing employee engagement Performance management Legislation Identifying and managing HR projects that improve the coordination and management of people Supporting operational projects such as system implementations Troubleshooting issues that arise About You Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or related discipline HR Generalist experience Evidence of extensive experience across all aspects of Human Resources Experience with the end-to-end employee lifecycle Excellent planning and organisational skills Ability to work under pressure, prioritize and meet deadlines Experience in the scientific, pharma or related industry would be desirable Full working rights for Australia Contact Details
