What you'll be doing You will Co-ordinate and support the implementation and delivery of the NSW Cancer Plan strategy evaluation and the development of the next NSW Cancer Plan.
In addition to base salary: 11.5% superannuation4 weeks annual leave (plus 17.5% leave loading)10 days sick leave40 hours per week which include accrual of monthly Allocated Day Off (ADO) x 12 per year.Access to: Generous Flexible Working practicesFitness Passport: a membership card for NSW government employees that gives you and your family unlimited access to 400+ gyms and other facilities at one low price.Novated car leasing arrangementSalary sacrificing to superannuation.For your application to be considered A covering letter addressing the Essential Requirements, as outlined in the Role DescriptionA response to the Pre-screening questions, as outlined below.Graduate qualifications in Public Health or in a related discipline or demonstrated equivalent, relevant professional experience and training.Demonstrated experience in planning and implementing monitoring and evaluation frameworks and methodologies, preferably in a government context.Strong analytical, evaluation, critical thinking and problem solving skills.Demonstrated ability to produce high quality reports, correspondence, briefing papers and experience writing research or evaluation reports.High level oral and written communication, interpersonal, consultation and stakeholder engagement skills.If successful for interview candidates must bring original copies of essential qualifications to be sighted by the panel, and one copy to provide to panel. Please outline your experience in delivering against a monitoring and evaluation plan, including delivery of a literature review.Please provide an example of where you have used a combination of quantitative and qualitative data to address key evaluation questions and demonstrate impact.For role related enquiries, please reach out to Brooke Stapleton on until Friday 20th December, then Sonya Gallery on until 19th January.
