Bid Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Bid Manager to join our growing team at Green by Nature.
You will lead and manage the end-to-end bid process to secure new business opportunities and contracts.
This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, developing bid strategies, and ensuring the production of high-quality, competitive bids.
Key Responsibilities:Lead and coordinate the entire bid process, ensuring necessary resources are available.Manage the tender process from opportunity identification to submission, including liaising with SMEs.Create high-quality tender presentations to support the delivery of the tender process.Manage all relevant databases and CRMs to capture opportunity, tender, and customer data.Work closely with business development and sales teams to develop winning bid strategies.Manage post-tender documentation, audits, and communication to relevant stakeholders.Conduct post-tender debriefs, identifying organisational strengths and weaknesses.Develop strategies to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with legal and operational requirements.Skills & Experience:A minimum of 5 years marketing experienceStrong project management and organisational skills.Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Knowledge of relevant industries and markets.Ideally, have tender writing experience.Intermediate to advance in content creation and technical writingExcellent relationship management skills and ability to communicate with people across various levels.If you're ready to take on a challenging and rewarding role where you'll have full autonomy and the chance to grow with the business, we'd love to hear from you
