As a result, we have an excellent opportunity available to join our sales team as a Partnership Manager.The RoleThe Partnership Manager is the primary contact between brokers, lenders, and Connective.
This role ensures that all brokers are equipped with the tools, training, and support they need to grow their business through Connective.Within a supportive team, you will be accountable for 130 broker groups and have the following responsibilities:Inducting all new brokers into Connective with emphasis on our award-winning software, Mercury NexusProviding on-the-ground support and facilitating a smooth onboarding processBuilding strong relationships with brokers based on a thorough understanding of their businessIdentifying opportunities to enable broker success through our Connective product and service offeringsFacilitating, attending, and hosting events as requiredEncouraging and facilitating broker attendance at Connective eventsDeveloping high levels of positive engagement and broker retentionThe PersonAs an exceptional communicator and customer support professional, you pride yourself on exceeding your customer's expectations and providing them with solutions to help their business grow and prosper.
