About Boom Logistics Ltd : Boom Logistics Ltd is a leading provider of lifting services across Australia.

We are currently looking for a motivated and experienced Business Manager to join our team in Blackwater and help drive the growth and success of our operations in the region.
About the Role : The Business Manager will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction, financial performance, and operational efficiency of BOOM in Blackwater.
This is a key leadership role where you will be accountable for business growth, managing client relationships, optimising operational processes, and ensuring that safety and compliance standards are met.
The successful candidate will have strong business acumen, leadership skills, and a passion for delivering results in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities : Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business growth and operational excellence in the Blackwater region.Lead and manage the day-to-day operations, ensuring the smooth delivery of services and high levels of customer satisfaction.Manage and drive the financial performance of the business, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.Cultivate strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and partners to drive business opportunities and maintain client loyalty.Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, industry standards, and company policies.Oversee resource management, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to meet operational demands and ensure efficient service delivery.Lead a team of professionals, providing mentorship and development opportunities to drive performance and morale.Collaborate with senior management to align local operations with broader company objectives and strategic initiatives.Prepare reports and business analyses for senior leadership, offering insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.Key Requirements : Proven experience in a business management or leadership role, ideally in the crane hire, logistics, mining, or construction industries.Strong financial and commercial acumen, with the ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and P&L statements.Experience in driving business growth and improving operational performance.Excellent leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Ability to think strategically while maintaining a focus on day-to-day operational excellence.Sound knowledge of safety regulations, compliance standards, and industry practices.A relevant qualification in business management, operations, or a related field is desirable.What We Offer : Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.Opportunity to work with a leading company in the crane hire industry.A dynamic and supportive work environment.Career development and training opportunities.The chance to make a real impact on the growth and success of Boom Logistics in the Blackwater region.If you are highly motivated to play a key role in a dynamic operational environment and meet the above criteria, please apply now and submit your resume outlining your experience and qualifications.
