SCS Group, a leading national cleaning services provider, is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Tele-sales Specialists to join our team in Mount Waverley.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and appointments.
Present and promote SCS Group's cleaning services to decision-makers.
Maintain and update customer information and call logs in our CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales team to support lead generation and sales targets.
Provide excellent customer service and build lasting relationships with clients.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred.
Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional phone manner.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
Self-motivated with a proactive attitude towards achieving targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
