Kennedys is seeking a highly motivated Senior Associate to join our Sydney office to meet the needs of our growing Liability practice.
Working closely with one of Australia's leading personal injury Partners, Lucinda Lyons, and wider team of experienced Lawyers, you will be heavily exposed to a variety of insurance matters such as; complex liability and high-value personal injury matters, allowing you to make a significant contribution to their outcome.
As an accredited specialist in personal injury, Lucinda's experience includes providing coverage, defence, strategic and commercial advice, and preparing and conducting criminal and civil litigation.
Lucinda's expertise extends across sexual abuse claims and matters within the disability sector.
Cases High-value personal injury claimsDefective premises/Property damageProduct/Public liabilityBoth pre-litigation and litigated filesRequired experience 5 years' + post admission experience in insurance mattersStrong knowledge and experience in litigation and insurance law, including personal injury and public liabilityStrong written and verbal communication skills are essential Demonstrated ability to work autonomously as well as part of a teamAbility to communicate effectively with experts in multiple fieldsAbility to relate to people at all levels and effectively work in a teamPlease let us know if you require any additional support or adjustments to be made in order to submit your application to Kennedys.
