As Rehab Assessment Service Lead your responsibilities will include: Coordinating the timely assessment and admission of prospective rehabilitation patients into our hospitals across multiple catchment areas that cover metropolitan Melbourne Leading a group of health professionals to support the promotion and growth of rehabilitation services Developing relationships with key stakeholders including referring hospitals, doctors, nurses and allied health professionals Healthscope's Victorian Rehabilitation Hospitals include The Victorian Rehabilitation Centre (Glen Waverley), North Eastern Rehabilitation Centre (Ivanhoe) and Dorset Rehabilitation Centre (Pascoe Vale).

We offer a friendly and supportive staff environment, with our established multidisciplinary team servicing both inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation programs.
