Gemeinsam mit Deinen Kolleg:innen arbeitest Du daran, die Produktivität zu steigern und Herausforderungen zu begegnen.

Key job responsibilities Förderung einer Kultur der Sicherheit und des WohlbefindensAnalyse und Umsetzung von Korrekturmaßnahmen, um beständig hohe Qualität und Produktivität sowie das schichtübergreifende Einhalten aller Unternehmensziele sicherzustellenUnterstützung und Führung eines Teams sowie Erledigung administrativer Aufgaben; Aufbau und Unterstützung einer starken TeamkulturAnalyse der Leistung sowie Vorschläge für Prozessverbesserungen, um die Arbeitsabläufe und den Kundenservice zu optimierenKollaboration mit anderen Manager:innen zur Standardisierung von SchichtprozessenA day in the life Du arbeitest in unterschiedlichen Schichten an einem unserer Betriebsstandorte.
Dabei konzentrierst Du Dich vorwiegend auf das Einhalten der Sicherheitsstandards durch Dein Team und an Deinem gesamten Standort.
Außerdem überwachst Du die Prozesseffizienz.
Prioritäten in Deinem Arbeitsalltag sind unter anderem das routinemäßige Teammanagement und tägliche Betriebsaktivitäten.
Neben anderen Aufgaben wie Eskalationen in Einzelfällen, Prozessverbesserungen sowie die übergreifende betriebliche Notfallplanung.
Als wichtiges Mitglied des Betriebsteams arbeitest Du mit Kolleg:innen aus anderen Teams sowie externen Partnern zusammen und sorgst dafür, dass wir die Anforderungen unserer Kund:innen ebenso wie unsere eigenen Vorgaben jederzeit erfüllen.
Das beinhaltet die Analyse von Daten und Leistungskennzahlen gemeinsam mit Führungskräften in Deinem Geschäftsbereich ebenso wie die Besprechung der betrieblichen Vor- und Nachteile von technischen Verbesserungen mit dem technischen Team.
About the team Amazon Extra Large (AMXL) ist für schwere oder sperrige Artikel wie Möbel und große Haushaltsgeräte zuständig.
Unser Team managt den gesamten Service von der Beschaffung über die Lieferung bis hin zu Produktrücksendungen.
Die erweiterte Kundenbetreuung unterscheidet diesen Service von den anderen.
Neben der Lieferung von Sperrgut erledigen wir auch das Auspacken, Montieren und Installieren der Neuware und kümmern uns auf Wunsch um den Abtransport der Altgeräte.
Unser Fokus liegt auf Sicherheit, Produktivität und Innovation.
Wir sorgen dafür, dass Kund:innen sperrige Artikel einfacher und bequemer kaufen und erhalten können.
Wir haben ehrgeizige Pläne, darunter den Ausbau unseres Netzwerks spezieller Logistik- und Verteilzentren im gesamten Vereinigten Königreich und in Europa.
Unsere Kolleg:innen an den Logistikstandorten arbeiten gelegentlich auch in der Nachtschicht.
Die meisten unserer Teammitglieder arbeiten jedoch tagsüber.
Unser Team umfasst Mitarbeitende aus den Bereichen Betriebswirtschaft, Lieferkette, Business Intelligence und Programmmanagement.
Wir alle spielen eine entscheidende Rolle dabei, diesen Teil unseres Unternehmens weiterzuentwickeln.
