Senior Physiotherapist Team Lead RoleAbout Us: Aged Care Provider in South Sydney, dedicated to creating a supportive, engaging environment for both our residents and our staff.
This role is part of our Allied Health team, based across five facilities.
What You'll Need:Current registration with AHPRA as a PhysiotherapistUnrestricted right to work in AustraliaStrong clinical expertise and leadership experience in physiotherapyExperience in residential aged care settingAdvanced skills in clinical assessment, analysis, and implementing effective treatmentsExcellent written and verbal communication abilitiesUnderstanding of relevant accreditation, funding systems, and continuous improvement processesProficient in using computer systems and emerging healthcare technologiesAbility to engage with diverse clients and understand their unique needs and challengesA valid driving license and car to access the five facilities in South SydneyMandarin and/or Cantonese speaking highly desirable but not essentialYour Key Responsibilities:Provide evidence-based, client-focused rehabilitation assessments and interventionsLead group-based pain management programsCreate falls-prevention and wellness programsSupervise and mentor staff and students as neededProvide oversight to other physios across several sitesCollaborate with a broad network of healthcare professionals, including GPs, specialists, insurers, Medicare, and others involved in patient careBenefits:Excellent salary packaging and benefitsOngoing professional development and dedicated study leave to support further educationLead the team with personalized treatment plansWork in well-equipped private treatment rooms and gym facilitiesBe part of a dynamic and supportive teamYour application will include the following questions:
