Shape the future of your showroom by empowering a high-performing team, driving sales, and creating exceptional customer experiencesYour day-to-day will include:Hosting dynamic training sessions to ensure your team stays ahead of the gameCollaborating with the marketing team to execute innovative in-store promotionsDriving team performance to exceed sales and KPI targetsFull store level financial managementOngoing Sales and Product trainingYouYou must have prior experience managing a fast paced, high performing team, preferably within the home improvement or luxury goods space.
Known for your high level of enthusiasm, you always move at pace and have a knack for building excitement, not only for your staff, but also your customers.Other attributes include:A hunter who is target drivenCoachable with a desire to learnYou love retail and all its nuancesStrong knowledge of Retail sales processes and B2C sales, preferably within the home improvement or luxury goods spaceStrong closing abilityWorking under pressure to meet deadlines is one of your strengthsMinimum 4 years managing people in a Retail settingYou have a hands-on approach and love interacting with customersCreative flair, outgoing personality and drive to succeedRewardYou should only apply for this position if you are looking to join a company that believes in only employing the best.
You will receive world class training and constant supportOTE for this role sits at $150K, which consists of a base salary of $80K-$90K plus superannuation, commission, and business tools.
