You will be responsible for providing high level client strategy, relationship, and growth (performance) management across all channels of digital marketing. Daily planning, working collaboratively with specialists across campaign set up, integrations, budget management, campaign performance monitoring and optimisation, reporting and management will be a part of your goals to accomplish each day to achieve outstanding results.Did I mention that my client is also looking for a future leader in the company if successful in this role? If that motivates all of you high performers out there - then read onKey CriteriaClient Strategy, Relationship and Campaign Performance deliveryOverarching strategic leadership and guidance of client marketing objectives with campaignsCapability within platforms: GA4, Meta Bus Mgr, Google Ads etc.Client reporting, including strategic insights and recommendationsRegular client contacting: phone, email, meetings (in person) – must maintain high frequencyClient Services & Relationship Development & Business DevelopmentStrategic speaking, thinking & writingWhat We Need From You5+ years of exceptional client management / account management experience – managing a portfolio of 30+ clients within Australia and you specialise in E-Commerce5+ years of providing a full service (Dev, SEO, SEM, SMM, Data, CRO, Design) with a strong SEO channel skillset in particular5+ years of experience across preferred digital purists: SEO, Paid Search (Google Ads), Paid Social (Meta Ads etc) across Australian agenciesMaintain a high standard of professionalism, responsiveness, communication, and execution at all times.You are a strategically minded tech problem solver and you love, love, love excel and meta business manager platforms and can speak to anyone's level of understanding with clarity and composureMust be naturally outgoing and be very personable and comfortable with client facing conversationsYou must LOVE Agency workWhat Are You Waiting For?
