The Role and What You'll Do: WME, a Global Music/Talent agency seeks ambitious and career-oriented persons for the entry-level position in the Music department in the Sydney Office.
Assisting with a variety of daily administrative/office tasksReviewing show contractsMaintaining schedules with high attention to detailCovering desks for assistantsCompleting department projectsCompleting ad-hoc projectsYou Have These: Must be detail-oriented and able to handle complex instructions with care and follow-throughMust be an excellent multi-tasker and have proven problem-solving abilitiesDemonstrates accuracy and thoroughness in execution of assigned tasksFriendly and open demeanor with ability to maintain confidentiality at all timesStrong understanding of and enthusiasm for the music industryAbility to adapt to changes and work in a fast-paced, demanding environmentDependable and proactiveAble to prioritize the workload and use time efficientlyThis is an incredible opportunity, so please submit your Cover Letter and Resume to Jeanine Hamilton at ******.
