They are currently seeking an experienced Service Manager to take the lead on the following responsibilities:
Managing customer Service contractsForecastingManaging costingsScheduling Technicians both nationally and internationallyManaging a small team of Service TechniciansReportingSite visitsCustomer relationship managementManaging breakdownsOverseeing Spare Parts departmentThis is a broad and all-encompassing position.
To be successful within this role, you will have experience in a similar Service Management role OR experience in Service within FMCG equipment.
You must have experience in Spare Parts and margins, costings, planning, service agreements, and an element of sales.
Reporting to the Managing Director, a highly competitive salary is on offer, the support of an experienced team, and a positive work environment.
This role is based in Reservoir and is 80% based in the office and 20% customer site visits.
