About the Role
Join our highly motivated and energetic Inbound sales team where our focus is on developing new customers and effectively managing existing customer relationships.
We operate in a phone-based call centre environment that bursts at the seams with hunger and energy for success.
Your key responsibilities in this role will include:
Achieve monthly sales and activity targets by responding to inbound sales enquiries generated through online and social channels.
Manage the full sales cycle through our CRM and maintain accurate customer records.
Take a proactive approach to outbound follow-up calls with a focus on maintaining a positive customer experience.
Continuously improve your skillset, product, and industry knowledge.
About You
You will be energetic with a desire for success.
To be successful in this role you will have the following attributes:
1+ years experience in a call centre sales environment.
Thrive in a high volume, high activity sales environment.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and gain trust from customers.
Proven experience in maintaining and executing a pipeline.
