As a Centre Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
Operational Leadership : Oversee rostering, presentation, programming, marketing, events, and communications.
Health and Well-Being : Ensure the centre maintains high standards for the health and well-being of children and staff.
Collaborative Engagement : Work closely with internal and external teams and community groups to foster lifelong learning for children and parents.
Regulatory Compliance : Ensure all documents and records comply with Centre Policies and licensing regulations.
Quality Improvement : Assist in keeping the Quality Improvement Plan (QIP) active and up-to-date.
Qualifications and Experience:
Proven Experience : Previous experience as a Centre Manager.
Cultural Awareness : Experience working with children and families from diverse backgrounds.
Operational Proficiency : Skilled in developing and managing staff rosters and working within a budget.
Technical Skills : Proficient with Microsoft packages, QIKKIDS, Time Target, or similar systems.
Educational Background : Diploma in Children's Services or an Early Childhood degree.
Certifications : Current Working with Children Check, child protection certification, and first aid.
Leadership and Organizational Skills : Strong organisational, multitasking, leadership, and communication skillsare essential.
An understanding of EYLF, NQS, and the Rating and Assessment process is alsoessential.
Passion for Education : A deep commitment to delivering high-quality education and care while fostering community connections.
