We're looking for a Licensing Officer to join our dynamic team at City, reporting directly to the Head of People and Development.
This permanent part-time role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our operations while collaborating with various stakeholders both internally and externally.Why You Want to Work for City:Established and Supportive Team: Join a collaborative environment where your contributions are valued.Career Progression: Take advantage of our extensive Learning & Development program to advance your career.Exclusive Discounts: Enjoy access to our Discounts Hub with special offers across major Australian retailers.Vibrant Office Environment: Work in a contemporary office located in a lively hub that includes childcare, cafés, and a gym.Work-Life Balance: We prioritize a healthy work-life balance to help you thrive both personally and professionally.Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:License Management: Oversee individual licenses and certifications, ensuring compliance and updates in HRIS system.Site Inductions: Manage site induction access, issue tokens, and resolve technical issues for team members.Stakeholder Collaboration: Liaise with internal teams and external partners to facilitate licensing and induction processes.Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance, including managing communications and processing reimbursements.Records Maintenance: Maintain accurate documentation related to licensing and inductions, ensuring compliance with requirements.What We're Looking For:Qualifications: A tertiary qualification in business or a related discipline is preferred but not mandatory.Experience: At least 3 years in a similar administrative role, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, and Teams, particularly advanced Excel skills.Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, attention to detail, and effective interpersonal skills to engage with a range of stakeholders.Attributes: Demonstrated time management and organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.Preferred Knowledge: Familiarity with site induction and access platforms, as well as an appreciation of individual trade license categories.Ready to Make an Impact?If you're looking for a rewarding part-time role where you can make a difference, we want to hear from you
