Novaskill is seeking an enthusiastic Business Development Manager to join our team in Tamworth.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive business growth, foster community relationships, and be part of a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Management & Retention: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
High Sales Performance: Achieve and surpass sales targets through innovative strategies and proactive approaches.
Networking & Business Development: Develop and expand your network within the community to identify and capitalise on new business opportunities.
Community Relationships: Strengthen Novaskill's presence in the local community through active engagement and partnership development.
