Managing inbound and outbound calls.Engaging with vulnerable customers via phone, email and written correspondence, addressing financial queries and making decisions as required.Proactively reach out to clients and discuss both immediate and future financial needs.Developing and updating budgets based on client needs.Liaise with other government agencies to maximise benefits, referring clients to other services as needed.Writing submissions and reports for complex matters where required.You...To be successful for this opportunity, you must have experience in the following areas and possess the below personal qualities:
